A Truly Global Support Network

Following the meteoric rise of Torq-Comm over the last year to market leader in the industrial bolting data collection sector, few will be surprised to learn that the organization has taken another massive step towards global customer support. CEO, Paul Iannello explains, “It is all well and good to have great products, that bring a whole new level of confidence to industrial bolting operations, but we need to make sure that our clients are fully supported, wherever they are. Almost all our customers are global companies, operating all over the world. They need to be sure that they can receive full technical support in or near the region in which they are working.”

For this reason, Torq-Comm is committed to establishing a worldwide customer support network, to provide a level of support second to none. They have recently established three further regional offices:

Torq-Comm In Use

Torq-Comm, Eastern Asia, covering China, Taiwan, Japan, North Korea, South Korea and Mongolia.

Torq-Comm, Southeast Asia, covering Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, East Timor and Vietnam.

Torq-Comm, Central America, covering Aruba, Barbados, Curacao, Guyana, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Suriname, Trinidad, Tobago, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.

In all of the regional offices, there are fully trained personnel, able to provide technical support and advice. There are also technicians qualified to perform diagnostics and repairs on the Torq-Comm Commander XT hardware. Paul Iannello continued “this represents a significant investment in both time and money, however it is key to our long-term strategy to be able to offer our clients this level of local support. When serving global companies, it is imperative that we too become a truly global organization.” There are more locations in the planning stages and still a few regions available so, if you are a potential distributor or feel you have the potential to become a local support office, contact us.
